REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

For custom packages, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your place on our calendar. The remaining 50% balance is due when your suite is approved for production.

Your retainer reflects both the dedicated creative time invested in thoughtfully designing your suite and the value of reserving your event date. As we accept a limited number of custom clients each year, reserving your date means we are exclusively committing that time to you. For this reason, all retainers are non-refundable.

Should you need to cancel prior to your suite being sent to print, no further payment will be required, provided no additional design services have been added to your package. Once your suite has entered production, all payments are final and non-refundable.
